Designer
Malmö-based Mexican designer working across various fields of design, with special interest in culture, politics and activism, searching and creating spaces of collaboration with a perspective of human rights within planetary bounds.
In the last years she has been exploring how design and creation intersect justice and decolonisation, exploring topics like migration, social movements that encompass feminist and environmental initiatives as well as health and education. She is interested in both researching and exploring in practice the relational aspect of design.
Yenika works with interaction design, graphic design, project management and consulting. She is interested in social change and in the role of designers to kick off creative processes from below to shift paradigms.
