Artist & Author

For the last few years, I have been working, primarily, as a freelance design critic (and sometimes actual designer). My writing about design in the climate crisis can be found in MOLD Magazine, Protean Magazine, Icarus Complex Magazine, Eye on Design, and The Baffler.

Last year, I edited a book of design called Objects in Dialog, for the Stockholm-based studio Office for Design while also serving as art editor for the New York based culture magazine, The Drift. Locally, I have been developing workshops for Feral Malmö—a project exploring multispecies perspectives in the city. And occasionally, I'll author a comedic story on the absurd spats between people and nature for my blog Anthrovision!

Since moving to Malmö from the US, I've been looking to find more opportunities for collaboration locally. The main focus of my work has been on design, ecology, and biodiversity loss and as a writer or designer, and I am hoping to find ways to continue this work in and around Skåne.
